Refund And CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

▶ Once your appointment date and time is confirmed, any rescheduling request must be made atleast 4 days prior to the given date.

• Example – For rescheduling Appointment on 4th Jan, request to be made on 1st Jan or earlier.
• Otherwise a Rescheduling charge of 20% of the total amount shall be levied.*

▶ Please arrive 10 mins before scheduled time. In case of failing to arrive within 30 mins of scheduled time, your appointment shall automatically be rescheduled to a next agreed date along with rescheduling charges.

• Your late arrival affects the schedule for the next client and we don’t wish for the next client to delay because of you or your service to be done in haste.

▶ Whole payment shall be settled before starting the procedure. Please plan your payment options diligently to avoid any delays. We accept cash, Google pay and NetBanking and Debit or Credit Cards.

▶ Booking Amount is absolutely non refundable in case of any cancellations due to any reason.

▶ Failure to follow the pre-care instructions might lead in compromised results. So stick to Pre-care & after-care instructions for your main and touch up Appointments.

• Both the above condition applicable to your main Appointment as well as to your touch-up Appointment.
