Functional Responsibilities

  •  Sales:To achieve monthly sales target by selling Permanent make up (PMU) services directly to retail clients( B2C) over phone and at the studio e.g., Microblading, Lip blushing, Ombre Powder brows, Scalp Micropigmentation, Permanent Eyeliner etc.
  •  To actively use consultative sales techniques, to cross sell and upsell PMU services by forming rapport with the clients
  •  Drive the conversion of all leads from all lead source platforms-including social media, WhatsApp, calls, e-mails.
  • Ability to create trending edits that fit with trending videos

Soft skills required : 

  • Achieving sales using the consultative sale techniques and a committed and flexible approach to work
  • Multitasker & negotiation skills
  • Self-Motivated with go getter attitude
  • Excellent English verbal/written Communication skills

      B2B: Pan India Beauty Training Institutes
    • Actively generate leads and sell the training programs through various platforms for beauty business/corporate clients and individual career student clients.
    •  Drive the conversion of all leads from all lead source platforms-including social media, WhatsApp, calls, e-mails.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business.
    • To conduct and manage end to end logistics of the training.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in artistic fields such as mehndi, drawing, or any other related discipline, looking to expand their skills and embark on a rewarding career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform permanent makeup procedures including eyebrow microblading, eyeliner tattooing, and lip enhancement.
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert recommendations.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in permanent makeup application.

Requirements :

  • 0-3 years of experience in an artistic field such as mehndi, drawing, painting, or similar.
  • Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training provided by [BM].
  • Certification in permanent makeup application is a plus but not required.
